We follow the customer throughout the process, from the initial stages to the start of production and laboratory activities: we start from the identification of the main needs (Basic Design), we proceed to the detailed development of the project (Detail Design), we arrive at the realization of the works (Executive Works).
Thanks to the careful and precise evaluations in the design phase, we provide services within the estimated times and with the highest level of quality possible. With our solutions we aim to improve performance and streamline production and installation processes, to offer our customers the best “turnkey” solutions available on the market.
We offer a complete preliminary design service, process analysis and identification of key points for the construction or maintenance of the work, identification of costs and construction times. We manage the administrative procedures necessary for obtaining the authorizations and licenses required by the public authorities in charge of control to comply with the regulations and guidelines in force.
We develop the detailed executive project of civil and plant engineering works as well as the study of process equipment and relative positioning in the layout. Purchase specifications will be prepared for each part that makes up the factory. We assist the customer in the purchase of works and equipment.
We deal with the construction of equipment and the construction of the system, interior finishes, installation of instrumentation, start-up and testing of equipment and instrumentation. The contract, according to the customer's needs, can be in the form "general contractor" or "Turn Key".
We deal in complete autonomy with the validation phase of equipment and systems and in the drafting of company procedures, ensuring the development of installation qualification, operational qualification, performance qualification and process validation protocols, in the development of SOPs based on internal processes.
